Noteworthy Characteristics
Hughes Juniper with its low spreading growth habit and rich blue-green foliage looks great cascading over rocks and walls. This tough and adaptable plant does well in snow and cold as well as heat and poor soils making it a great choice for many uses.
Uses
Great for use as an accent, border / edger, erosion control on slopes or embankments, foundation, landscape beds, mass planting, outdoor living areas and perennial gardens.
Culture & Care Tips
Hughes Juniper is very easy to grow and is very low maintenance; requiring no pruning unless to maintain a dense form. It adapts to a wide variety of soils provided they are well-drained. It prefers full sun to mostly sun.
